Who conspired to let the hair get THIS BAD? Granted, this picture is about 9-10 months old - but really. I just happened upon this picture in my pictures folder, and was horrified to discover my precious baby had a bouffant!
I'm just so mortified - if I saw a baby like this in public, I would there was something wrong with him....or his parents.

I did partly, because he was so cute, and it was part of his personality---he always had tons of hair...but it was not really bouffant in my mind!!
